Dataton educates, inspires and empowers at InfoComm
Dataton will present a new media server series, host industry-certified training and highlight the latest exciting features in its WATCHOUT show composer at InfoComm, booth 3215. Visitors can also see WATCHOUT in action on the show floor and in the magnificent US premiere of “Sviatovid” by BARTKRESA Studio.
New media server in action
The latest addition to Dataton’s range of dedicated media servers is WATCHPAX 60. The 2U server comes in three models, offering from four to twelve outputs including eight channels bi-directional SDI, dual power supply and support for uncompressed video playback. The new unit previewed in February 2019 and is already an industry award-winner (2019 Commercial Integrator BEST Award, media server category). WATCHPAX 60 units will be running key elements in the Dataton booth.
Inside track on new features
Visitors are invited to get hands-on with the latest features in WATCHOUT, Dataton’s flagship multi-display production and playback system. Three main demos will illustrate real-time motion tracking with a CAST BlackTrax system, precision 3D projection mapping, and incorporating flexible NDI video-over-IP as part of your show. The new features add even more creative power for show producers in a range of applications.
Training in Orlando
The Dataton Academy team will be hosting AVIXA-certified training in Orlando. The Academy educational program continues to go from strength to strength with events scheduled in six countries – just this summer!
More WATCHOUT on the show floor
The Dataton WATCHOUT system has a solid reputation for its user-friendly approach, reliable performance and creative scope. Visitors can see the system in action in real-life applications at the dazzling ROE Visual booth (2061). Over in Hall E, WATCHOUT is the playback system for the 360-degree projection-mapped sculpture, “Sviatovid” by BARTKRESA Studio.
