Digital Academy: 
Terms and Conditions

• Please note that it is not permitted to record the Digital Academy seminars. 
• Access to online seminars and the e-learning platform are for registered attendees only.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Attendees must pre-register at the Academy registration page www.dataton.com .

As seating is limited, places are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is confirmed by email from Dataton.

The course fee is 200 EUR/250 USD plus VAT/tax with the currency depending on time zone/location of the trainers.

The fee includes all 4 online seminars, access to the e-learning portal, appraisal of home assignments and a diploma upon passing the course. In order to pass the course, you need to have full attendance at seminars, have completed all e-learning modules as well as home assignments, and been deemed to have reached a good level of proficiency in WATCHOUT by the trainer.

The course fee should be paid in full within 3 days of registration and at least 7 days before scheduled course start.

NOTE: The Dataton Digital Academy does not currently entitle you to AVIXA CTS renewal units.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations made 14 days prior to scheduled course start: Full refund of fee.

Cancellation made less than 14 days before scheduled course start: No refund.

No show on any of the online seminars: No refund.

All cancellations shall be made in writing to [email protected] and should include the attendee’s full name and details. Dataton will issue a confirmation of the cancellation.

In the unlikely event that Dataton is forced to cancel or reschedule the course, attendees will be informed as soon as possible and offered alternative dates or a refund of the course fee. Dataton is not liable, however, to cover any costs incurred as a result of a cancelled or postponed event.

NAME CHANGES

If you are unable to attend the course and wish to transfer your place to someone else, please forward the name change details to [email protected] .
