Terms & Conditions 

These terms and conditions refer to in-person Dataton Academy events!


REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Attendees must pre-register at the appropriate Academy registration page www.dataton.com unless direct registration with the local training provider is stated on the course's info page.

As seating is limited, places are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration is confirmed by email from Dataton (unless otherwise stated on the course's info page).

Unless otherwise stated on a course's info page, the fee is EUR 600/USD800 per person, plus VAT/tax with the currency depending on location of the event. 

Discounts are available for two or more attendees from the same company. To guarantee your place, the fee should be paid in full no later than 7 days after confirmation from Dataton. Attendees are responsible for all travel arrangements and accommodation costs.


CANCELLATION

Cancellations made 14 days prior to scheduled course start: Full refund of fee.

Cancellation made less than 14 days before scheduled course start: No refund.

No show on any of the online seminars: No refund.

All cancellations shall be made in writing to [email protected] and should include the attendee’s full name and details. Dataton will issue a confirmation of the cancellation.

In the unlikely event that Dataton is forced to cancel or reschedule the course, attendees will be informed as soon as possible and offered alternative dates or a refund of the course fee. Dataton is not liable, however, to cover any other costs (travel, accommodation, etc) incurred as a result of a cancelled or postponed event.


NAME CHANGES

If you are unable to attend the training session and wish to transfer your place to someone else, please forward the name change details to [email protected] .
