We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy, focusing on client acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to align sales programs with company goals, produce accurate sales forecasts, identify new revenue opportunities, and manage our presence in the AV-industry.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. You will collaborate with product development, marketing, inside sales, and finance teams to align sales programs with company goals and ensure effective communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Continuously refine sales approaches to meet market demands and company objectives.

Forecasting: Produce monthly sales forecasts using data-driven insights to predict trends and adjust strategies.

Revenue Generation: Identify new opportunities through market research and leverage cross-selling and upselling.

Partner Network: Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to drive regional sales growth.

Lead Management: Track and follow up on sales leads, converting them into long-term clients.

Qualifications

The ideal person will have proven experience in sales management, preferably within the tech/AV-industry, and a strong ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams are essential, as is proficiency in forecasting and revenue generation.

Additionally, the candidate should possess strong organizational skills for tracking and following up on leads, along with technical knowledge to support pre-sales and post-sales activities.

This role covers a variety of verticals, so we understand that one candidate might not fit all, but we are especially interested in those who have sold or have existing relationships across Corporate AV, Immersive Experiences (Museums, Theme Parks, etc.), or have experience in sales to the film and TV industries.
